During Lent we will pray the Way of the Cross each Friday at 7 p.m. Immediately after the Way of the Cross we will have Adoration of the Most Blessed Sacrament and the Sacrament of Reconciliation until 8 p.m. Catholics 14 years of age or older must abstain from eating meat on all the Fridays of Lent and Good Friday. In regards to fasting, Catholics between the ages of 18 and 59 (inclusive) are required to fast on Good Friday. There is a limit of one full meal and no food between meals on those days. Two smaller meals are permitted as needed to maintain one’s strength.
